This policy is published by Gourhit Ventures Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India with its registered office at 808B, DLF Prime Tower, Pocket F, Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, Delhi 110020, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the company is the data fiduciary for personal data it determines the purpose of processing for.

It covers this website, gourhit.com, and nothing else. Products the company operates publish their own privacy policies, and those govern the products — if you are looking for Laenso, its policy is on its own site.

What this site collects

Nothing. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising or tracking pixel, no embedded video or social widget, and no form to fill in. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

The typeface is served from this domain rather than from a font network, so loading a page here does not tell a third party that you visited. The site ships no JavaScript at all, which means there is nothing running in your browser that could collect anything even if it wanted to.

What our host records

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of a request in order to deliver the page and to protect the service — the IP address it came from, the time, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string. This is ordinary server logging, done to serve the site and to defend it against abuse, and the company does not use it to build a profile of anyone or combine it with anything else.

If you write to us

The email address published on this site is a real mailbox. If you write to it, we process what you chose to send — your address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message — in order to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence.

We keep that correspondence for as long as it is useful for the matter it concerns, and longer where a law or a contract requires it. We do not add you to a mailing list; there is no mailing list.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Personal data is disclosed only where the law requires it, where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, or to service providers acting on the company's instructions — currently our hosting and email providers, who process it only to provide those services.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it where we no longer need it, and nominate someone to exercise those rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.

Write to hello@gourhit.com to exercise any of them. Because this site collects nothing, in most cases the only personal data we hold about you is the email you sent us.

Grievances

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data or your request about it, write to hello@gourhit.com with Grievance in the subject line, or to the registered office above. We will respond.

Children

This site is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. That date moves when the text moves — not on every deploy.
